Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) survey

In June this year, the Pubs Code Adjudicator announced the results of their annual Tied Tenants & Partner’s Survey which shines a light on the relationship between Pub Partners and the ‘Big Six’ pub companies: Admiral, Greene King, Marston’s, Punch, Star Pubs and Stonegate.

We are pleased to say that Marston’s was rated as the top performer across the board by its Pub Partners.

Our satisfaction score from those interviewed was 85% – a 12% increase from last year.  We were delighted to see that so many of our Pub Partners were highly satisfied with all aspects of their relationship with Marston’s.  It also gave us some valuable insight into where we might improve.
